The staff, the cleanliness, the morning breakfast, the hotel facilities and amenities were really good for our family of four. The housekeeping staff were very courteous every time and ensured that our rooms, one of which was a smoking one was tidy and clean at all times and always welcoming whenever we were back to our rooms. Miss Vaishnavi Shinde ensured that nothing was lacking during our stay and the efforts made by the front office staff to ensure a prompt checkin after our tiring ride from Mumbai to Pune was really appreciative.

Such variety and so much warmth the breakfast was served, each meal became extra special because of hospitality of staff , a hospitality I last experienced in Taj group of hotels , everybody from front desk to people serving us went above n beyond their duty , really commendable , special mention to three young people in serving team for breakfast, lunch , dinner amit, sanjay and danish , such young lads with so much empathy smile n warmth , my son loved his stay, will definitely be back in future and recommend westin stay in particular to all my friends

Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Exceptional service. Thoughtful ambience and complete privacy. I stayed at The Westin Pune with family. We all loved our time at the property notably because of the super quick service by the happy and polite staff. This is also an ideal location because I wanted to stay near the Pune airport. I had booked room with lounge access which allowed us to spend the evenings at the Asilo where we had great food and drinks served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast buffet at the Market (its name of a restaurant at the facility) had lots of Indian cuisine options which I particularly was looking forward to.

The staff across the hotel that we met were excellent without exception. We got upgraded to club rooms which were spacious. We had asked for an early check in at 2 pm and an extra bed in one room, an everything was ready when we arrived.

Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. We were greeted with warmth and positive attitude. From managers to guards- everyone was so welcoming. The room was clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. They have alternative options for everyone! We really enjoyed it there and highly recommend to anyone visiting Pune.

Apart from the high class premises and facilities I loved the conduct of the staff , the sweetest of the doormen , concierge , room service , the barmen or rather the barboy ;) , lovely food and super comfy pillows

The property is situated close to the airport and some of the central locations in Pune, which helped us move around easily. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety of choices. Room was clean and the staff was very customer focused.
