The Westin Pune Koregaon Park

We recently stayed at The Westin Pune for five nights as a family of three and would like to express our appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. The property is outstanding — impeccably clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to the centre of Pune. The daily breakfast offerings were particularly impressive, with an extensive variety of dishes prepared to a high standard by the culinary team. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s in-house themed restaurants — Aafreen, Asilo, and The Market — all of which provided excellent dining experiences in terms of both ambience and cuisine. Throughout our stay, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. In particular, we would like to commend Ms. Vaishnavi, Assistant Manager, for her exemplary interactions with guests; her attentive and courteous approach greatly enhanced our experience. We would also like to specially mention Ms. Shreya from the front office, whose cheerful and welcoming disposition was always uplifting. Additionally, Mr. Shailesh from The Market restaurant consistently provided attentive and thoughtful service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every day. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of all the chefs, especially for the outstanding breakfast preparations, which were a highlight of our stay. Overall, our experience at The Westin Pune was excellent, and we would highly recommend the property to others. We look forward to staying here again during future visits to Pune. Such variety and so much warmth the breakfast was served, each meal became extra special because of hospitality of staff , a hospitality I last experienced in Taj group of hotels , everybody from front desk to people serving us went above n beyond their duty , really commendable , special mention to three young people in serving team for breakfast, lunch , dinner amit, sanjay and danish , such young lads with so much empathy smile n warmth , my son loved his stay, will definitely be back in future and recommend westin stay in particular to all my friends

Exceptional service. Thoughtful ambience and complete privacy. I stayed at The Westin Pune with family. We all loved our time at the property notably because of the super quick service by the happy and polite staff. This is also an ideal location because I wanted to stay near the Pune airport. I had booked room with lounge access which allowed us to spend the evenings at the Asilo where we had great food and drinks served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast buffet at the Market (its name of a restaurant at the facility) had lots of Indian cuisine options which I particularly was looking forward to.

The grand entrance and elegant lobby set the tone for what was to come. The check-in process was swift and personalized, with a warm welcome from the front desk team. What truly set The Westin apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist.

Rooms were big and clean. Spacious with big bathrooms along with bathtub facility.
